RPOOL.ID grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Stream, preview, and download tracks for your own DJ performances and personal use.
• Create playlists, crates, and DJ sets within the platform.
• Share track metadata and public links provided by RPOOL.ID.
• Use stems, edits, and versions for live DJ mixing and performance.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use RPOOL.ID to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share downloaded audio files.
• Upload tracks to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) as your own.
• Use downloaded content in unauthorized commercial recordings, compilations, or remix releases.
• Broadcast tracks on radio, podcasts, or live streams without proper licensing.
• Attempt to bypass download limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to mass-download content.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your membership.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code to the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users, artists, or remixers.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Content Restrictions

Users may not upload, submit, or distribute content that:

• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Permanent termination of your account and membership.
