1. Respect for Copyright

RPOOL.ID respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on RPOOL.ID infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs or other specific location information.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

We will review all notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported material.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and its former location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.

5. Repeat Infringers

RPOOL.ID reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. User-Generated Content

Users who upload or submit content to RPOOL.ID (including remixers) must ensure they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions. By submitting content, you represent that you own or control all rights to the material and grant RPOOL.ID the license to distribute it through the platform.
