This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how RPOOL.ID handles membership payments, refunds, and cancellations. By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to the terms described on this page.

2. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your RPOOL.ID membership at any time. Cancellation rules depend on your payment method:

Recurring subscriptions: Cancelling stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Lifetime memberships: Lifetime access is non-cancellable and non-refundable after activation.
One-time plans (1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 1 year): Access remains active until the expiration date. Auto-renewal can be disabled before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You have not downloaded any tracks or used paid features.
There was a billing error or duplicate charge caused by RPOOL.ID.
The service was unavailable or significantly defective for an extended period due to our platform.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

You changed your mind after downloading tracks or using the service.
The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
Access was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment was made through a third-party reseller or unauthorized channel.
Promotional, discounted, or bundled memberships are marked as non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

Your registered email address
Order or invoice number
Reason for the refund request
Date of purchase

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually between 5-14 business days.
